Parent Coaching
Parent coaching is for you if you've been stuck on a waitlist for behavioral services, if your child doesn't have a diagnosis that qualifies for therapy, or if you've felt frustrated with the limitations of insurance-covered services.
At Guided Growth Training, parent coaching gives you direct, one-on-one support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Together, we'll create practical, individualized strategies based on your child's unique strengths, challenges, and your family's daily routines.
Parent coaching is available virtually nationwide and in person in select areas, giving you flexible access to expert guidance without waiting months for services or being limited by insurance requirements.
You'll learn evidence-based strategies you can begin using right away to improve communication, reduce challenging behaviors, build independence, and support your child's development throughout everyday life. Rather than depending on someone else to work with your child a few hours each week, you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to create meaningful learning opportunities every day.
My goal is to empower you to become the expert on your child while providing ongoing professional guidance and support every step of the way.
Take charge of your child's growth and get the support your family deserves. Schedule a free consultation today to learn how parent coaching can help.

Fieldwork Supervision For Future BCBAs
If you're pursuing your BCBA certification and looking for supervision that prepares you for more than just meeting the BACB requirements, my supervision model is designed to help you become a confident, well-rounded clinician. You'll gain meaningful fieldwork experience while developing the practical skills that many trainees don't get enough opportunities to practice—including parent coaching, professional communication, leadership, and providing effective performance feedback.
I have experience across a wide range of ABA service delivery models, including clinic-based, in-home, school, community, and telehealth settings. I currently work in a hybrid remote BCBA role while also building my own private-pay parent coaching business, giving me firsthand experience in both clinical practice and entrepreneurship.
As my supervisee, you'll receive mentorship that prepares you for the setting you ultimately want to work in. Whether your goal is to work in schools, clinics, homes, telehealth, or private practice, I'll help you develop the clinical, interpersonal, and professional skills needed to succeed. You'll also get an inside look at what it takes to build and grow a private practice—from branding and marketing to networking, business operations, and creating services that families value.
My supervision is designed to go beyond simply earning fieldwork hours. My goal is to help you graduate as a competent, confident BCBA who is prepared for a variety of career paths and equipped with the real-world skills to thrive in today's field.
